Desde principios del siglo XX, el buen estado de salud y la longevidad de
los pueblos caucásicos han sido relacionados con el consumo de productos
lácteos fermentados artesanales como el yogur. La posibilidad de intervenir
de forma benéfica en el ecosistema intestinal con bacterias probióticas ha
despertado el interés de las industrias lácteas por el desarrollo de
alimentos probióticos y de consumidores cada vez más conscientes de la
importancia del consumo regular de estos. Las bacterias probióticas son
microorganismos benéficos que consumidos con regularidad, nos pueden ayudar
a mantener un estatus de vida más saludable, previniendo en cierto grado la
incidencia, la frecuencia y la severidad de algunas patologías
intestinales. Del intestino al yogur y del yogur al intestino, los desafíos
son numerosos, los logros han sido muchos (los fracasos también!) y aún nos
quedan muchas preguntas por responder.

mercado”. La actividad es abierta a todo público.

en Ciudad Universitaria a la hora 19.
