La FCJS conmemoró el Día de la Graduada y el Graduado
Universitario
/Se realizó el acto conmemorativo en homenaje a los 100 años del
primer graduado UNL. Además, se descubrieron imágenes de ex graduados
que ocuparon el cargo de Vicepresidente de la Nación./
Cada 15 de abril se conmemora el Día del Graduado y la
Graduada Universitarios, fecha en la que en 1924 finalizó sus estudios
Manuel Mántaras, el primer egresado de la Universidad Nacional del
Litoral (UNL) que obtuvo el título de Abogado en la Facultad de
Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales (FCJS).
En ese marco, este martes se realizó en la Biblioteca de la FCJS Pablo
Vrillaud el acto en conmemoración a esta fecha, en el que se homenajeó
a todo el cuerpo de graduados y graduadas de la Facultad y se
descubrieron dos cuadros con imágenes de los ex graduados de esta Casa
de Estudios que llegaron a ocupar el cargo de Vicepresidente de la
Nación: Alejandro Gómez (fórmula Frondizi-Gómez) y Carlos Perette
(fórmula Illia-Perette).
En la actividad, la decana de la FCJS, Claudia Levin,
brindó unas palabras a los presentes donde remarcó que este
reconocimiento es, además, “una forma de rendir homenaje a un modelo
de universidad: una universidad pública, gratuita, laica, de calidad,
cogobernada y reformista, como lo es la UNL. Esta es una universidad
emblemáticamente reformista e hija de la reforma universitaria.
Además, esta Facultad, que viene formando profesionales desde hace más
de 100 años, le brindó al país importantes profesionales, académicos,
Honoris Causa de muchas universidades del país y del mundo, personas
con las más altas responsabilidades institucionales que se formaron
aquí, en la universidad pública que hoy, como siempre, valoramos y
defendemos”.
“Hoy estamos en esta biblioteca, que alguna vez fue la biblioteca de
la Convención de la Reforma Constitucional que, entre tantas
incorporaciones, le dio rango constitucional a la autonomía
universitaria; Reforma que tuvo como escenario toda nuestra Manzana
Histórica y que este año conmemoramos su 30° aniversario con acciones
realmente importantes que se llevarán a cabo a lo largo de todo el
año. Todo esto es realmente importante mencionar y destacar, y a mí me
gusta pensar que hay un profundo ensamble entre la Universidad
reformista, la Constitución Nacional y esta Facultad, donde se
formaron tantos profesionales y se formarán futuros abogados que
deberán continuar defendiendo los principios constitucionales, y
traerlos en esta fecha tan importante”, agregó la decana.
Por su parte, Javier Olivera, secretario de Educación y
Tecnologías de la FCJS y presidente del Cuerpo de Graduados, sostuvo
que “lo mejor que puede seguir haciendo la Universidad es formar
hombres y mujeres para la vida democrática, la libertad y la igualdad,
como formó a estos graduados que hoy homenajeamos y que ocuparon ambos
uno de los más altos cargos institucionales de la República, como fue
Carlos Perette, abogado entrerriano que además fue concejal de Paraná,
legislador provincial, legislador nacional y embajador en Uruguay,
designado por Alfonsín; y Alejandro Gómez, abogado santafesino,
maestro rural, candidato a gobernador, profesor universitario y
partícipe de la vuelta de la Democracia en la campaña de 1983”.
“En tiempos aciagos como los actuales, que para la
universidad hubo muchos y peores, siempre toda la comunidad académica
ha trabajado incansablemente para seguir brindando los mejores
graduados y graduadas. Y así debe seguir siéndolo. Seguramente ese es
el mejor homenaje que podemos hacer a los que nos precedieron y al
mejor legado para los que nos sucedan”, expresó Olivera.
En el acto estuvieron presentes la sobrina nieta de
Carlos Perette, Gabriela Fernández Mántaras, y el hijo de Alejandro
Gómez, Héctor Eduardo Gómez, quienes brindaron unas palabras
recordando la trayectoria de sus familiares y recibieron un obsequio
institucional en manos de Levin y Olivera.
PRESENTES
De la actividad participaron: en representación del
Gobierno de Santa Fe, el ministro de Gobierno, Fabían Bastía; los
secretarios de Justicia, Santiago Mascheroni, y de Asuntos Electorales
y Vinculación Regional, Ramiro Dallaglio; las secretarias de Mujer,
Género y Diversidad, Alicia Tate, y de Coordinación y Gestión de
Recursos, María Martín; el subsecretario de Economía Circular y
Gestión de Residuos, Juan Martín; y el director de Aguas Santafesinas,
Darío Boscarol; entre otras autoridades provinciales.
También estuvo presente el presidente del Colegio de
Abogados de Santa Fe, Andrés Abramovich, y miembros del directorio; la
Síndica General de la provincia, Laura Carolina Castets; el Fiscal
Municipal de Santa Fe, Miguel Molinari; el secretario de Gestión
Urbana Ambiental de la Municipalidad de Santa Fe, Guillermo Ferrero;
la presidenta comunal de Helvecia, Victoria Weiss Ackerley; y en
representación del Gobierno de Entre Ríos: los ministros de Gobierno y
Trabajo, Manuel Troncoso, y de Planeamiento, Infraestructura y
Servicios, Abel Schneider.
Participaron además: secretarios y secretarias de
Rectorado; secretarias, secretarios, directoras y directores de la
FCJS; autoridades del Centro de Estudiantes y de la Federación
Universitaria del Litoral; el diputado nacional Mario Barletta; el
vicepresidente de la Cámara de Diputados de Santa Fe, José Corral; las
diputadas provinciales Celia Arena y Ximena García; el secretario de
la Honorable Cámara de Senadores de Entre Ríos, Sergio Avero; el
secretario legislativo de la Honorable Cámara de Senadores de Santa
Fe, Agustín Lemos; la concejala de Santa Fe Cecilia Batistutti y el
concejal Carlos Pereyra; el Presidente del Concejo Deliberante de
Monte Vera, Federico Miranda; y los ex Convencionales Constituyentes

En representación del Colegio de Abogados de Reconquista,
estuvo presente Eduardo Gallo; también el presidente del Colegio de
Magistrados de Santa Fe, Roberto Dellamónica; la vicepresidenta del
Consejo Directivo del Colegio de Escribanos de Santa Fe, Cecilia
Dapello; y el presidente de la Unión Cívica Radial de Entre Ríos,
