Seppo Salminen (Functional Foods Forum, Universidad de Turku,
Finlandia) sobre microbiota intestinal, salud y regulación de
probióticos en la Unión Europea. El Dr. Salminen participó en el
desarrollo de alimentos conteniendo /Lactobacillus/ GG, una bacteria
probiótica ampliamente estudiada y utilizada en diferentes alimentos a
nivel mundial.
La participación es gratuita pero con cupo, por cuestiones de espacio.
